{"id":450226,"date":"2026-05-15T12:59:09","date_gmt":"2026-05-15T12:59:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/450226\/"},"modified":"2026-05-15T12:59:09","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T12:59:09","slug":"more-drugs-and-cash-seized-in-latest-donegal-raids","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/450226\/","title":{"rendered":"More drugs and cash seized in latest Donegal raids"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Further to the day of action targeting Organised Crime in the Donegal Division on Monday, Garda\u00ed have made another drugs and cash haul.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Two further searches were conducted on Tuesday and, as a result, cocaine and cannabis with an estimated street value of \u20ac3,000 was seized along with \u20ac28,000 in cash.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Gardai say their investigations are ongoing.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.donegaldaily.com\/lead-stories\/cash-and-drugs-seized-as-15-addresses-raided-in-donegal-crime-crackdown-633524\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">same operation on Monday<\/a>, a total of fifteen addresses were raided across Donegal.<\/p>\n<p>More than \u20ac26,000 in cash, \u00a312,000 in sterling and quantities of cocaine, cannabis and tablets \u2013 with an estimated street value of \u20ac40,000 \u2013 were seized by Garda\u00ed, as well as mobile phones and other electronic devices.<\/p>\n<p>Searches were also conducted in Co.
