\n\tSam Fender<\/a> and Olivia Dean<\/a>\u2019s \u201cRein Me In\u201d is No. 1 in the U.K. for an 11th non-consecutive week, setting a new record in the process (May 16).<\/p>\n

\n\tWith its latest week at the summit of the Official Singles Chart<\/a>, the song surpasses Rihanna and Jay-Z\u2019s \u201cUmbrella\u201d for the longest-running No. 1 by a male\/female duo. Their song landed 10 weeks back in 2007.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cRein Me In,\u201d which first appeared on Fender\u2019s 2025 album People Watching, was remixed in June last year with a new verse from Dean. The song hit No. 1 in February 2026 and later won song of the year at the BRIT Awards.<\/p>\n

\n\tEarlier this month (May 1), Dean invited<\/a> Fender to two of her sold-out shows at London\u2019s 20,000-capacity O2 Arena to perform the song live. Prior to his surprise slot, the pair had only performed the song once together at Fender\u2019s London Stadium show in June last year.<\/p>\n

\n\tFollowing the U.K. leg of their global tour, Tame Impala<\/a>\u2018s \u201cDracula\u201d holds its position at No. 2. At their show at London\u2019s O2 Arena on May 7, the Kevin Parker-led project was joined<\/a> by Dua Lipa for a surprise guest appearance.<\/p>\n

\n\tFollowing Michael\u2019s continued box office success, Michael Jackson<\/a>\u2019s \u201cBillie Jean\u201d rises to No. 3, while \u201cBeat It\u201d hits No. 5 and \u201cHuman Nature\u201d is at No. 6. Olivia Rodrigo<\/a>\u2019s previous chart-topper \u201cDrop Dead\u201d falls one spot to No. 4.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Chemical Brothers\u2019 \u201cGo\u201d reaches a brand-new peak, a decade on from its release in 2015. The Q-Tip-starring song has enjoyed a resurgence<\/a> in popularity following a sync in the Taron Egerton-led action film Apex.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tCharli xcx\u2019s divisive comeback single \u201cRock Music\u201d debuts at No. 26.<\/p>\n
