The number of viewers for this year\u2019s final is up by 277,000 compared to the 2025 final, while the audience share is up 2.1 percentage points compared to last year.<\/p>\n<p>Viewing figures for Eurovision 2026 in Italy:<\/p>\n<p>Semi-Final One \u2013 1,856,000 viewers \u2013 10.1%<br \/>\nSemi-Final Two \u2013 1,286,000 viewers \u2013 6.9%<br \/>\nGrand Final \u2013 5,033,000 viewers \u2013 36%<\/p>\n<p>Sal Da Vinci represented Italy at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 with \u201cPer sempre si\u201d. Italy returned to the Eurovision Song Contest in 2011 having last participated in the contest in 1997. The country has withdrawn from the contest on a number of occasions in the past. Italy has won the contest three times, the first time being in 1964 and the latest being in 2021.
