On Sunday, the World Health Organization <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.eu\/article\/who-declares-global-health-emergency-over-ebola-outbreak\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">declared<\/a> the outbreak a global health emergency.
