The lender, which has a total global staff of nearly 82,000, told reporters on Tuesday that the reduction would be driven by automation and AI adoption, while some staff would undergo reskilling.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">\u201cIt\u2019s not cost-cutting.
