Tommy Fleming is set to join Marty Morrissey at his ‘Marty Party’ show in Spain later this year, alongside a number of other guests.<\/p>\n

The singer<\/a> will perform at the AR Diamante Beach Hotel in Calpe in October, with Johnny Logan<\/a>, Linda Martin, Niamh Kavanagh, Sean Keane and Paul Harrington also heading to Spain for the event. The Whistlin Donkeys, Cherish The Ladies, The Galway Tenors and On\u00f3ir are the bands set to perform on the Costa Blanca.<\/p>\n

For those looking to join the party, the price per person sharing is \u20ac1,599 with Killester Travel. It includes return flights to Alicante, a 20kg bag, airport transfers, seven nights accommodation on a half board basis, with breakfast and dinner each day.<\/p>\n

There will be entertainment each afternoon, as well as on six of the seven evenings, with GAA<\/a> broadcaster Morrissey<\/a> MCing throughout the week, which runs from October 1 to 8.<\/p>\n

It is the third year that Morrissey has brought his ‘Marty Party’ to Spain, with more than 180 people forking out \u20ac1,300 to attend the inaugural event in 2024.<\/p>\n

Speaking in a video from Calpe, Morrissey said: “We’re going to be here for the Marty Party from the 1st to the 8th of October and we have an incredible line-up.”<\/p>\n

The gig comes after a dramatic few weeks for Tommy Fleming.<\/p>\n

Tommy last week posted a heartfelt message to his wife Tina <\/a>and his loved ones following his public coming out as gay.<\/p>\n

The Irish singer<\/a> gave a bombshell interview to The Hard Shoulder on Newstalk on Friday, in which he openly acknowledged his sexuality and admitted to leading a double life behind the scenes of his marriage.<\/p>\n

His wife Tina <\/a>confirmed at the weekend that the couple had gone their separate ways in October, after two decades together.<\/p>\n

This follows confirmation from garda\u00ed that they are currently investigating the leak of an audio recording of a private conversation involving the singer, Tina and his stepdaughter Rebecca.<\/a> The recording touched on his sexuality, his infidelity, his drug use and more.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Ciara Kelly, he acknowledged that the fallout of recent weeks has taken a significant toll on both his family and himself, reports RSVP Live<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“They’re all hurting at different levels in different ways,” he explained. “There’s anger, and I absolutely understand that anger. There’s regret. There’s a bucket full of words that you can use and emotions in here. The only thing I can say is, I’m absolutely remorseful and regretful for it, for any of the the hurt I’ve caused to the people I love in pursuing my truth or living my truth.<\/p>\n

“I don’t seek forgiveness and I don’t expect it. But I would hope, if there is a God, I would hope and pray that there would be acceptance.” When asked what he would say to Tina if she were listening, he continued: “I can’t undo the wrongs I’ve done. I can’t change the past. I can only look ahead and in order for me to survive, in order for me to have a life, I have to tell the truth.”<\/p>\n

He also discussed how he managed to persuade himself he wasn’t doing anything wrong by being unfaithful in his marriage, as he wasn’t conducting affairs.<\/p>\n

“I was trying to convince myself it was alright because it was anonymous,” he said. “It wasn’t an affair in my head.<\/p>\n

“In your head, you’re going, ‘why did I do that?’ You lie to yourself. You lie, you believe the lie.<\/p>\n

“There was a yearning of the real me. I knew every day I walked in life I was not the real me. I was trapped within my own creation, within my own body of lies, within my own bubble that I created, and that was a big part of it.”<\/p>\n

Later in the conversation, he stated he felt no guilt about marrying Tina: “Honestly, no, because I had the bisexual phase and Tina knew, and that was the very first thing I said to her, it was the very first thing I said when we met that I had been in a relationship with a man that we’d broken up six months prior.”<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, he was adamant that he had never endangered Tina throughout their marriage.<\/p>\n

“Absolutely not,” he said.<\/p>\n

He also revealed he had been battling with alcohol and substances as a “painkiller” for what he was enduring. “It was across a broad spectrum of prescription medication, illegal substances and alcohol,” he admitted. “All of the above, I dabbled with.”<\/p>\n
