AJ Odudu<\/a> flashed her huge diamond engagement ring following her appearance on Vernon Kay<\/a>‘s BBC<\/a> Radio 2 Breakfast show in London on Friday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The TV personality,\u00a037, who\u00a0announced her engagement to\u00a0fianc\u00e9 Peter Gibson in June, cut a very stylish figure as she showed off the dazzling rock on her left hand.<\/p>\n

The stunner wore a long furry jacket over a maroon sweater and leather trousers which were teamed with perfectly matching boots.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

AJ accessorised with statement silver earrings and boasted a red manicure while her long raven tresses were worn poker straight.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She was busy promoting Big Brother which she co-hosts with Will Best ahead of its return to TV on Sunday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Earlier in the day AJ\u00a0promised fans of the series that it would feature ‘twists and turns’ with things ‘never been done before’ on TV.<\/p>\n

Chatting to host Christine Lampard<\/a>\u00a0On Lorraine, AJ said:\u00a0‘Twists and turns galore, and I can say that you’ve got to be glued to the entire series of course, but the launch show, we’re going to do something that’s never been done before on the show.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘I can’t wait! It’s going to be so iconic.’\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The new series marks the 25th anniversary of the series, which first started in 2000 on Channel 4<\/a> with Davina McCall<\/a> as host, before it moved to Channel 5<\/a>\u00a0in 2011 and ITV in 2022.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It means the show will run for a longer seven-week period this series, which will mean more time for the secret plans that show bosses have in store.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

AJ added: ‘Big Brother is going to be very mischievous this year, and I’m excited.’<\/p>\n

She had kept her relationship under wraps for years but announced she was set to tie-the-knot earlier this summer by sharing images of her diamond ring.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Captioning the smitten post, AJ confirmed their engagement by writing: ‘Hiya love’ followed by the ring emoji.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It comes after\u00a0AJ<\/a>\u00a0showed off her incredible figure as she shared photos from her holiday to Mykonos with her\u00a0fianc\u00e9\u00a0on Tuesday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

AJ, who announced her engagement<\/a>\u00a0with\u00a0Peter Gibson\u00a0in June, kicked back on a boat wearing a black set that featured a stylish belt before changing into a lilac number.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In the Instagram update, other photos showed AJ sunbathing in a brown bikini and enjoying a workout in the sun.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She captioned her carousel of snaps: ‘The wanderer returns!’<\/p>\n

The announcement of AJ’s engagement came out of the blue because her fanbase were unaware she had a boyfriend.<\/p>\n

But AJ has been posting about Pete for years, as he attended group work out sessions with her and accompanied the star behind the scenes as she presented Celebrity Big Brother in April.<\/p>\n

Although, AJ, who also presented The Big Breakfast reboot and Channel 4’s The Bridge, keeps her love life under wraps, she was previously linked to her former Strictly pro partner, Kai Widdrington.<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n

During her appearance on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins in 2019, she revealed she’d been cheated on three times in her past, explaining: ‘I\u2019ve been cheated on by three ex-boyfriends… One of them was sleeping with my best friend.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, AJ\u00a0previously opened up to the Daily Mail about what she was looking for in a potential partner<\/a> and revealed that she didn’t like using dating apps, preferring to meet someone organically.<\/p>\n

Speaking about her perfect guy in November 2020, she said: ‘I am genuinely a personality girl, I like charismatic guys who can take the mickey out of themselves but when it comes to work, they are focused and they know what they want in themselves and in a partner.<\/p>\n

‘When I find him I’m going to be like “where the bl***y h**l have you been?!”.’<\/p>\n

Big Brother returns on Sunday 28th September at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.\u00a0<\/p>\n
