Miley Cyrus\u2019 mom, Tish Cyrus, sparked marriage speculation at her daughter\u2019s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony<\/a> after calling Maxx Morando her \u201chusband.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to the Daily Mail, the \u201cFlowers\u201d hitmaker \u2014 who became engaged to the Liily rock band drummer <\/a>in late 2025 \u2014 was posing for photos at the event with her mother and sister Brandi Cyrus, when Tish declared, \u201cWe\u2019re gonna bring the husband.\u201d<\/p>\n

Morando, 27, then posed next to the \u201cHannah Montana\u201d alum, 33, for photos \u2014 and, at one point, Morando kissed Miley\u2019s cheek.<\/p>\n

A rep for the Grammy winning songstress did not immediately respond to Page Six\u2019s request for comment on Friday evening.<\/p>\n

The couple met on a blind date, the singer revealed during a May 2023 interview with Vogue. \u201cWell, it was blind for me and not really for him,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

The couple soft launched their romance in November 2021, as Miley posed alongside him at a Gucci event in an Instagram carousel.<\/p>\n

A month later, they\u00a0got cozy at \u201cMiley\u2019s New Year\u2019s Eve Party\u201d<\/a>\u00a0in Miami, where the former Disney Channel star was seen dancing with Morando backstage during commercial breaks.<\/p>\n

An insider told Us Weekly in March 2022 that the duo was in a \u201cnew\u201d relationship and they had \u201cbeen spending a lot of time together.\u201d<\/p>\n

They confirmed their romance when they were\u00a0seen passionately kissing<\/a> in April 2022 in West Hollywood, Los Angeles. Per E! News, a source later said the relationship was becoming \u201cvery serious.\u201d<\/p>\n

After the \u201cMalibu\u201d songstress shouted out Morando<\/a> at the 2024 Grammy Awards, referring to Morando as her \u201clove,\u201d a source told People that they\u2019d taken things to the next level<\/a> and were living together.<\/p>\n

Page Six confirmed the couple\u2019s engagement in December 2025, after the \u201cWrecking Ball\u201d hitmaker sparked engagement rumors by wearing a diamond ring at the \u201cAvatar: Fire and Ash\u201d premiere in Los Angeles on December 1.<\/p>\n

Miley told \u201cGood Morning America\u201d just days later that things were going exceptionally well.<\/p>\n

\u201cMe and Maxx have been together for four years and it\u2019s very obvious the drastic amount of growth I\u2019ve had in those four years,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou just want to dream the biggest you can and you want to have someone by your side that always tells you you can do it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Miley was previously married to \u201cThe Hunger Games\u201d actor Liam Hemsworth.
