Quebec Premier Christine Fr\u00e9chette is expected to announce three new measures Monday \u2014 surpassing by around $80 million the budget initially set aside for Fran\u00e7ois Legault’s successor, a spokesperson for the finance minister’s office told Radio-Canada.<\/p>\n
