A beloved Galway shopping centre store has closed down after 32 years of business.<\/p>\n
It’s Magic has closed its doors for good in Eyre Square Shopping Centre will no longer be open, as one Reddit user shared in the r\/Galway subreddit.<\/p>\n
Sharing an image of the outside of the shop with its shutters down, the user said: “Just heard it’s shut down.<\/p>\n
“This has been a favourite of mine every time since I was a young lad and started taking the nieces and nephews every xmas.<\/p>\n
“Sad to see it go.”<\/p>\n
The popular toy store was open since 1994.<\/p>\n
Other users commented on the Reddit post sharing fond memories from their childhood.<\/p>\n
One person said: “I went in there with my kids about a month ago, it had very little stock. I remember as a kid going in there and being amazed by the place.<\/p>\n
“Another bit of my childhood gone.”<\/p>\n
Someone else wrote: “Used to spend ages in there looking at all the warhammer boxes and blister packs.<\/p>\n
“It was the only place that had them for many many years, they had a great selection too.”<\/p>\n
