On May 9, Bollywood Hungama informed readers that The Art of Living Foundation would mark 45 years of its global humanitarian and spiritual work with a grand celebration at its International Centre in Bengaluru from May 10 to May 26, 2026. The occasion also coincided with the 70th birthday of its founder, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, on May 13. We had also reported that several prominent Bollywood celebrities were expected to attend the celebrations.<\/p>\n

Bollywood Hungama has now come across an exclusive picture from the Bengaluru ashram, where Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is seen posing with several noted names from the film industry. The picture features Sajid Nadiadwala, Rajkumar Hirani, Sunil Grover, Vikrant Massey, Montoo Bassi (the director of White, which stars Vikrant as Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar), ace photographer Avinash Gowariker, Viineet Kumar Siingh. Also present at the gathering were Mahaveer Jain, Balasaheb Darade and Divyansh Jain (producers at Mahaveer Jain Films), Manjeet Rajkumar Hirani, Neetu Mahaveer Jain and Ajanta Pharma founder Madhusudhan Agarwal<\/p>\n

Bollywood Hungama spoke exclusively with producer Divyansh Jain about the experience. He said, \u201cIt was a memorable experience. Gurudev is doing some great work in the field of mental health. Moreover, his message of non-violence and peace is all the more important in today\u2019s times of war. We all congratulated and thanked him for his great work.\u201d<\/p>\n

Divyansh then opened up about the conversations that took place during the meeting. He revealed, \u201cMahaveer uncle informed Gurudev that we had all travelled all the way from Mumbai to thank him for his humanitarian activities and to fully support his endaevour of a stress-free world on the occasion of his 70th birthday. He said that he believes that Gurudev will continue to inspire millions of people around the world for 70 more years and beyond.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sharing more details, Divyansh continued, \u201cSajid Nadiadwala\u2019s production house completed 75 years and Gurudev congratulated him for it. Sajid sir remarked that he saw a different kind of happiness and glitter on the faces and in the eyes of people after they met Gurudev, and that he had never witnessed anything like this before in his life.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added, \u201cRajkumar sir and his wife revealed that they practise Sudarshan Kriya and Sahaj Meditation, which he learned from Gurudev, and that it has significantly improved their overall health. Vikrant Massey, who plays Gurudev in the upcoming film White, confessed that it has been a life-changing experience and that his life is no longer the same after coming in contact with Gurudev.\u201d<\/p>\n

Divyansh Jain further said, \u201cViineet Kumar Siingh had been residing at the ashram for two days and felt extremely at peace. He also narrated the poem that he had famously recited in Chhaava (2025). Avinash Gowariker remarked that he has photographed several superstars, but it is his wish to click pictures of the biggest superstar of all \u2013 Gurudev.\u201d<\/p>\n

The meeting also had its lighter moments. Divyansh recalled, \u201cSunil Grover thanked Gurudev and, in a lighter vein, asked for permission to imitate him the way he recently did for Aamir Khan. Gurudev laughed and said, \u2018Mujhe mat phasao bhai\u2019!\u201d<\/p>\n

Divyansh signed off by saying, \u201cIt was a heartwarming meeting, and all of us will remember it forever.\u201d<\/p>\n
