Br\u00eddhaven nursing home in Mallow, Co Cork, apologised for failings in the care of Marcella O\u2019Sullivan at an inquest into her death last July.\u00a0 An RT\u00c9 report of the case said another patient with severe dementia was in her room when she was found by staff at 8.03pm.
