\u201cIt\u2019s too soon to tell if it won\u2019t mess up since I just got it today. Super easy to assemble. This was my first handy Mandy work and I did a pretty good job on my own. (I hope). It will definitely target the belly area. You will feel the burn on your arms and your knees unfortunately. I\u2019ll be wearing knee pads and a waist trainer to protect my lower back. Up to you what you wear. Just be careful if you\u2019re a beginner like me. This will definitely not be easy to use at first but I\u2019m sure we can get use to it with time. (: Also the foam pads are very good quality. They won\u2019t tear off easily so I\u2019m sure they\u2019ll be durable. I love blue so the color is very beautiful. Oh just FYI if you\u2019re a tall person this might be a little small for you. I\u2019m between 5\u20196\/5\u20197 and the machine is about right in length.
