It\u2019s hard to think of a more celebrated Irish artist right now than CMAT<\/a>. The country-pop star reached new levels of acclaim in 2025 with the release of her multi-award-winning album Euro-Country.<\/p>\n

Tickets for the self-styled Dunboyne Diana, whose full name is Ciara Mary-Alice Thompson, are hot property: her show at St Anne\u2019s Park has been sold out since August 2025.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re lucky enough to have one, you can expect a memorable night. CMAT\u2019s Pyramid Stage performance at Glastonbury<\/a> in June 2025 was widely considered a highlight of the festival. On home turf, we can anticipate more of the same.<\/p>\n

When and where is it?<\/p>\n

CMAT plays St Anne\u2019s Park in Clontarf, Dublin, on Saturday May 30th. <\/p>\n

What time should I arrive? <\/p>\n

Gates open at 5pm on Saturday, with the first act expected to take to the stage at 6pm. A full list of stage times is not yet available, so keep an eye on CMAT\u2019s socials for more information on the day. The show should be finished by 11pm.<\/p>\n

To limit disruption to local residents, no queuing is allowed before the gates open, meaning you\u2019ll be turned away if you arrive too early. Concertgoers are advised to arrive half an hour before the event starts.<\/p>\n

Who is playing?<\/p>\n

CMAT is headlining on the night, with support coming from Joy Crookes<\/a> and the queer line-dancing group Strut. <\/p>\n

What songs will CMAT play?<\/p>\n

Expect Euro-Country to feature heavily on Saturday. At a recent show in Boston, CMAT\u2019s set looked like this:<\/p>\n

You\u2019re advised to walk, cycle or use public transport and private coach services to get to and from St Anne\u2019s Park. Organisers say you should allow an additional three hours to travel to and from the venue, as traffic delays are inevitable. <\/p>\n

Irish Rail<\/a> has scheduled engineering works between Greystones, in Co Wicklow, and Dublin Connolly on May 30th and 31st, so take this into account if it might affect your journey. <\/p>\n

Travel by bus: Dublin Bus<\/a> is a good option if you\u2019re travelling to St Anne\u2019s Park from the city centre. Services running from Abbey Street Lower include the H1, H3 and 130; visit dublinbus.ie<\/a> for more information. <\/p>\n

A range of private coach services are available online, including Marathon Coaches, which will be collecting passengers in Dublin, Enfield, Maynooth, Leixlip, Celbridge, Navan, Blessington, Naas and CMAT\u2019s native Dunboyne. Murray & Son Coaches is operating from Co Meath and Co Louth.<\/p>\n

Travel by train\/Dart: Again, bear in mind that Irish Rail\u2019s planned engineering works between Greystones and Dublin Connolly on May 30th and 31st may affect anyone travelling between those stations. <\/p>\n

The nearest Dart<\/a> station to St Anne\u2019s Park is at Harmonstown; services will be operating throughout the day. Visit irishrail.ie<\/a> for more information.<\/p>\n

Travel by car: It\u2019s not a good idea to drive to the gig, as there\u2019s no public parking. The car parks at St Anne\u2019s Park are closed during events, and towing and clamping are in operation for anyone who parks illegally. Organisers ask attendees not to park illegally or in residential areas.<\/p>\n

The final hurdle: When you reach the site, there are two entrances to St Anne\u2019s Park that take you to the venue. Each requires a 1.3km walk from park entrance to ticket scan\/entry.<\/p>\n

Green entrance: Sybil Hill on to the park\u2019s main avenue.Blue entrance: All Saints Road, via tennis-court entry.Are any tickets left?<\/p>\n

You might be able to nab a ticket here<\/a>. The gig sold out many months ago, but earlier this week some resale tickets were available on Ticketmaster.<\/p>\n

If you have a ticket, download it to your phone beforehand to avoid internet-connection issues when entering the park. Screenshots will not work on the day, as barcodes are live and updating regularly.<\/p>\n

If you need to collect your tickets, the box office is on the main avenue where the green and blue routes meet.<\/p>\n

What is security like? <\/p>\n

Under-16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to enter St Anne\u2019s Park. Strict security checks and age monitoring will be in operation, and you are advised not to bring a large bag or backpack, as you may experience delays or even be refused entry.<\/p>\n

Prohibited items include glass or cans, umbrellas, alcohol, garden furniture, camping or collapsible chairs, e-scooters and e-bikes, flares, professional cameras and audio-recording equipment. You can find a full list of prohibited items here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

There are no readmissions to the concert, so if you leave you cannot get back in.<\/p>\n

What does the weather look like?<\/p>\n

Though temperatures are to remain high this weekend, Saturday\u2019s forecast does include a chance of rain, according to Met \u00c9ireann.
