{"id":473746,"date":"2026-05-29T22:06:10","date_gmt":"2026-05-29T22:06:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/473746\/"},"modified":"2026-05-29T22:06:10","modified_gmt":"2026-05-29T22:06:10","slug":"profits-at-owner-of-corks-imperial-hotel-are-up-37","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/473746\/","title":{"rendered":"Profits at owner of Cork&#8217;s Imperial Hotel are up 37%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"contextmenu internal_Body1st\">Pre-tax profits at the main firm behind the Louis Fitzgerald hospitality group and owner of the Imperial Hotel in Cork city last year increased by 37% to \u20ac28.39m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"contextmenu Body Body\">The pub, restaurant, and hotel group owns the likes of Kehoe\u2019s and the Stag\u2019s Head in Dublin and new accounts filed by the group\u2019s holding company, Cregagh Investment Company UC, show the business\u2019 profits rose as revenues declined by 1% from \u20ac107.02m to \u20ac105.94m in the 12 months to the end of June last.<\/p>\n<p class=\"contextmenu Body Body\">One of Cregagh\u2019s subsidiaries is The Imperial Hotel (Cork) Ltd after the Fitzgeralds purchased the renowned four-star historic hotel for a reported \u20ac25m in 2023 from the Flynn Group.
