In a sneak peek of a video reported by Page Six<\/a> to promote her upcoming album, \u201cConfessions II,<\/a>\u201d the \u201cLike A Virgin\u201d singer, 67, was asked delicately by designer Raul Lopez, \u201cWho was your best dick down?\u201d<\/p>\n

A friend told People in 2024<\/a>, \u201cThey saw each other a few times and they had a flirty and friendly banter but it wasn\u2019t a \u2018relationship.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201cLike A Prayer\u201d legend has been married twice \u2015 to actor Sean Penn and director Guy Ritchie. They are both alive, as is another famous paramour, Warren Beatty.<\/p>\n
