She’s more usually seen in chic designer clothes as she sups cocktails in elegant Parisian bars.<\/p>\n

But life \u2013 or at least work \u2013 has just become a lot less glamorous for Lily Collins<\/a>, as she swaps the elegance of Emily In Paris for a seedy backstreet drug deal.<\/p>\n

Dressed in a burgundy beanie, a denim jacket and Adidas trainers, the actress is barely recognisable as she buys a wrap of crack cocaine in a graffiti-strewn alleyway before her dealer cycles off.<\/p>\n

The scene \u2013 for a forthcoming Amazon MGM film called Close Personal Friends \u2013 was filmed in Kingston, Surrey, in an insalubrious back street next to a fancy dress and party balloon shop called Partica.<\/p>\n

The actress \u2013 the daughter of singer Phil Collins<\/a> \u2013 joins Captain Marvel star Brie Larson<\/a>, Jack Quaid from The Hunger Games and Henry Golding from Crazy Rich Asians, for the new comedy.<\/p>\n

It revolves around a couple who befriend a pair of celebrities while on a trip to Santa Barbara, California<\/a>, leading to ‘plenty of awkwardly funny moments’.<\/p>\n

The actress stopped for a chat with a member of staff wearing a hi-vis jacket outside the fancy dress shop near to where the scene was filmed<\/p>\n

Lily leaned against the wall with papers in her hand between takes at the seedy backstreet<\/p>\n

Ms Collins, 36, recently finished filming the fifth series of Emily In Paris, although a lot of it was recorded in Rome after Emily Cooper, the fictional American advertising executive she plays, moved there.<\/p>\n

The star \u2013 who is married to film director Charlie McDowell, the son of actors Malcolm McDowell and Mary Steenburgen \u2013 became a mother by surrogacy earlier this year to a daughter named Tove.<\/p>\n
