On June 1, Hollywood insider Rob Shuter reported that the global pop superstar has been spending less time with her friends, as she\u2019s grown \u201cincreasingly focused\u201d on her Super Bowl-winning beau.<\/p>\n

Friends close to Swift and Kelce said that the pair have \u201cquietly stepped back\u201d from their high-profile social scene, opting to prioritize their relationship and quality time together.<\/p>\n

\u201cTaylor used to have a huge circle around her,\u201d a source said. \u201cNow her world is much smaller, and Travis is at the center of it.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to the source, Swift and Kelce are \u201csimply happiest together,\u201d and given the choice, \u201cthey\u2019d pick a quiet dinner for two over a celebrity-packed party almost every time.\u201d<\/p>\n

This shift comes amid reports that Swift is feeling \u201cvulnerable\u201d after details about her and Kelce\u2019s upcoming wedding were leaked online. As a result, she\u2019s wondering \u201cwho to trust\u201d among her inner circle.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll the leaks that have happened so far have been incredibly disheartening,\u201d a source told Star<\/a> on Thursday, May 28. \u201cThey\u2019ve had to change venues and dates. It\u2019s been such a monstrous headache, but even worse, it has left Taylor feeling very vulnerable. There are a lot of questions about who to trust.\u201d<\/p>\n

The insider also weighed in on how some guests are upset with Swift and Kelce for not allowing them to bring a date<\/a>. \u201cPeople are used to being automatically given a plus one to a wedding, but that\u2019s not the case for this wedding, and that is purely because of Taylor\u2019s desire for privacy,\u201d they explained. \u201cShe doesn\u2019t want to see random faces in the crowd when she\u2019s having her most intimate moment with her husband, committing themselves to each other for life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite any frustration from guests, Swift isn\u2019t backing down at all. The source claimed that the couple\u2019s special day is \u201cbeing orchestrated like a military operation,\u201d adding that \u201chard choices need to be made and if that upsets people, so be it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Swift is allegedly being so protective of her and Kelce\u2019s wedding that she\u2019s even keeping her future father-in-law, Ed Kelce, at arm\u2019s length. In mid-May 2026, sources told the Daily Mail<\/a> that Swift has withheld details about the \u201creally, really, big\u201d wedding from Ed, as he \u201ccan\u2019t be trusted\u201d to keep a secret.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s sort of like a loose cannon,\u201d one source told the outlet. \u201cNobody knows what he\u2019s going to say, so it\u2019s kind of a controversial situation.\u201d<\/p>\n
