{"id":484360,"date":"2026-06-05T10:29:15","date_gmt":"2026-06-05T10:29:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/484360\/"},"modified":"2026-06-05T10:29:15","modified_gmt":"2026-06-05T10:29:15","slug":"roz-purcell-recycles-pre-wedding-lace-look-for-italian-honeymoon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/484360\/","title":{"rendered":"Roz Purcell recycles pre\u2011wedding lace look for Italian honeymoon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Roz Purcell isn&#8217;t one to shy away from a pop of colour, but she&#8217;s letting everyone know she&#8217;s still very much in her bridal era.<\/p>\n<p>The 2FM star and <a href=\"https:\/\/evoke.ie\/2026\/05\/27\/entertainment\/roz-purcell-zach-desmond-relationship\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">her husband, Zach Desmond<\/a>, first tied the knot in <a href=\"https:\/\/evoke.ie\/2026\/03\/02\/entertainment\/pics-roz-purcell-marriage\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a legal ceremony<\/a> in March, before exchanging vows once again in May.<\/p>\n<p>After <a href=\"https:\/\/evoke.ie\/2026\/05\/26\/entertainment\/roz-purcell-first-photos-wedding\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">their soir\u00e9e at Ballynahinch Castle<\/a> in Connemara, it was time for Roz and Zach to pack up their things and head to the continent for their honeymoon.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"700\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/SnapInsta-Ai_3912292924686097143.jpg\" alt=\"Pic: Roz Purcell\/Instagram\" class=\"wp-image-2152564\"  \/>Pic: Roz Purcell\/Instagram<\/p>\n<p>Roz and Zach took themselves off to Sardinia, a fabulous island off the west of Italy. Their holiday got off to a great start after Roz shared earlier in the week that she confidently placed an order in Spanish&#8230; before realising she was in Italy.<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, the radio presenter shared an &#8216;obligatory honeymoon snap&#8217;, pointing out that she&#8217;s &#8216;still in white&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>The photo shows Roz posing up a storm with the beautiful backdrop of a romantic sunset over the calm Mediterranean Sea.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"700\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/SnapInsta-Ai_3912292967426152321-1.jpg\" alt=\"Roz Purcell and Zach Desmond. Pic: Roz Purcell\/Instagram<\/p>\n<p>Roz&#8217;s outfit had a romantic, vintage feel to it, with bohemian elements for good measure. She wore a fitted white lace blouse with an intricate floral pattern.<\/p>\n<p>It boasted long sleeves ending in dramatic, flared lace cuffs, and its high neckline was offset with a lace-up front detail that created a corset-inspired look.<\/p>\n<p>The blouse is actually the same one Roz wore the night before her wedding, when she shared <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DYu46SgsM5T\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">a clip<\/a> of herself venturing outside with a Child of Prague, hoping for good weather the following day.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"700\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/SnapInsta-Ai_3904308223186882131.jpg\" alt=\"Pic: Roz Purcell\/Instagram\" class=\"wp-image-2152569\"  \/>Pic: Roz Purcell\/Instagram<\/p>\n<p>Roz&#8217;s skirt was a flowing ivory maxi crafted from a lightweight fabric with a slightly crinkled, relaxed texture.<\/p>\n<p>And while Zach acted as her photographer for the solo shot, it was then her hubby&#8217;s turn to hop in a selfie with her, and they looked totally loved-up!<\/p>\n<p>Of course, they&#8217;re the glam snaps of the holiday, but avid hikers Roz and Zach weren&#8217;t about to let a dreamy destination go to waste, and they embarked on an adventure.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"700\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Screenshot-2026-06-05-082746.jpg\" alt=\"Pic: Roz Purcell\/Instagram\" class=\"wp-image-2152571\"  \/>Pic: Roz Purcell\/Instagram<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;We&#8217;re at the manic hiking part of the holiday,&#8217; she wrote, as she shared a video of herself suited and booted on the trail.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, the couple were awoken in the wee hours by a tick in their bed. Roz shared a clip of the little bugger, writing: &#8216;Of course a tick found me on holidays.
