11 Mins: Aidan O\u2019Connor misses another free from inside the Cork half. It looks very tricky into that end. Cork do well to marshal Gillane when the next ball comes inside. For Cork the main news is that Darragh Fitzgibbons is not back to fitness yet. <\/p>\n

For Limerick, Adam English is out in midfield, with Shane O\u2019Brien named to start. He\u2019ll play in the full-forward line, so you would imagine Lynch will be in midfield and O\u2019Connor back into centre-forward.<\/p>\n

Joe Canning is expecting an even contest in the Munster final, even though he also warns that neither side will be happy with just a provincial title this year. <\/p>\n

Even though the hurling championship hasn\u2019t caught fire yet, Nicky English is expecting that to change for today\u2019s face-off between Limerick and Cork. He sees opportunities arising for the Treaty County with Aaron Gillane back to fitness.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s one of the landmark days in the GAA calendar regardless of the teams involved, but it\u2019s also a repeat of last year\u2019s final between rivals Limerick and Cork. It will also be the fourth time this year that Ben O\u2019Connor and John Kiely meet on the sideline, with Limerick winning the two league encounters and Cork winning the Munster round-robin tie. <\/p>\n
