Material choices, including locally expressive stone<\/a> and timber<\/a> structures, reinforce the project\u2019s connection to its coastal setting.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Georges Batzios Organizes Two Pavilions Around Lagoon Pool<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n The program is divided between two independent pavilions, each measuring approximately 300 sqm. The eastern pavilion accommodates the restaurant and associated service spaces, including the kitchen, storage areas, and back-of-house facilities. The western building contains the bar, marina management offices, retail functions, sanitary facilities, and supporting operational spaces required for marina activities.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n A central element of the project is the swimming pool, conceived as a landscape feature rather than a conventional recreational basin. Designed to evoke the character of a natural lagoon, the pool incorporates a series of underwater terraces that create varying depths and encourage different modes of use.
