\n\tAmy Adams<\/a> continued her designer style streak<\/a> in a look from the Versace<\/a> runway during her Monday night appearance on \u201cThe Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon\u201d in New York City. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe Oscar-nominated actress turned to the Italian luxury fashion house\u2019s spring 2026 ready-to-wear collection<\/a>, curated by former chief creative officer Dario Vitale. Adams wore a loose-fitting, long-sleeve black dress with ornate bead work in silver on the skirt and top.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe top of Adams\u2019 dress was crafted with a deep V-shaped neckline, with one side of the look embellished with silver sequins in a diamond pattern. The motif was also featured on the opposite side of the dress\u2019 flowing midi skirt, juxtaposing the black fabric with the shiny sequined embellishments.<\/p>\n

\n\tA belt was added at the waist of the dress to provide a defined silhouette. As for finishing touches, the actress wore a pair of strappy black sandal heels and went minimalist with her accessories. Her auburn hair was styled with long, flowing waves that cascaded down her shoulders with a middle part. Makeup highlights included lined eyes and a glossy lip. Adams often works with stylist Petra Flannery. <\/p>\n

\n\tAdams\u2019 \u201cTonight Show\u201d look made its runway debut during Milan Fashion Week in September 2025. The spring 2026 ready-to-wear curation marked Vitale\u2019s first with Versace<\/a>, where the couturier opted to focus on sensibility and streetwear more than anything else.<\/p>\n

\n\tVitale \u201cwanted to make a statement on something that is very casual\u2026.I wanted to start with something that was closer to people and relevant,\u201d the designer said, per Miles Socha\u2019s WWD review of the collection.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIf your idea of\u00a0Versace\u00a0is red carpet showstoppers, there were none stalking the runway Friday night at the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana museum, whose vast collection of art includes a Medusa bust,\u201d Socha wrote.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe collection \u201cskewed more East Village disco than Met Gala, transposing Versace\u2019s reputation for color, audaciousness and sex appeal into more everyday garments like T-shirts, sweaters, blousons, vests and jeans \u2014 all with an unabashed retro brio.\u201d Vitale ultimately left his role with Versace<\/a> in December 2025 after one season.<\/p>\n

\n\tAdams is currently on the promotional tour for her new miniseries \u201cCape Fear.\u201d Based on the novel \u201cThe Executioners\u201d by John D. MacDonald, the series follows couple Tom and Anna, played by Patrick Wilson and Adams, as notorious killer from their past Max Cady, played by Javier Bardem, returns to their lives and seeks out revenge.
