Gosselaar has been a long-time practicer of Jiu-Jitsu. Last January, he talked about maintaining his impressive physique during his appearance on The Sackhoff Show<\/a> podcast, sharing that he prioritised sleeping well and nutrition.<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t eat as much as I used to,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019ve gotten to the point where I just eat really good foods when I want to and I don\u2019t feel so, \u2018oh my gosh, I didn\u2019t get my protein in after my workout.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n He also said he does cold plunging to bring down inflammation after exercising, and is adamant about going in the sauna every night before he goes to bed.<\/p>\n Gosselaar has been married to his wife, Catriona McGinn, since July 2012.
