\n\tElon Musk<\/a> is reportedly on the cusp of becoming a trillionaire and Jimmy Kimmel<\/a> isn\u2019t sure Musk is the right guy to be making that kind of cash. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cTomorrow SpaceX will reportedly launch the biggest IPO in history,\u201d Kimmel said, explaining that means the company will start being publicly traded. \u201cAnd once SpaceX does that Elon Musk is expected to become the first ever trillionaire in the history of the world. And what makes that even more unsettling is this man, our first trillionaire, the richest man in the world, is also one of the weirdest people we\u2019ve ever seen on this planet.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tHe added, \u201cThis obscenely wealthy weirdo has the ability and means to blow up the moon if he chooses. And also to put a lot of other people\u2019s money in his pockets.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe host noted that because the SpaceX stocks will so highly valued a lot of 401Ks will automatically invest, which \u201ccould be very risky for retirement accounts because SpaceX doesn\u2019t make money.\u201d \u201cIt lost $5 billion last year,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n

\n\tKimmel added that Musk himself told people they don\u2019t need to save for retirement because the robots he sells will provide everything they need. \u201cBasically, this maneuver could make Elon a trillionaire and your parents Walmart greeters,\u201d Kimmel said. \u201cWasn\u2019t he supposed to be going to Mars? Can\u2019t we help chip in to speed that up?\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tHe acknowledged that it\u2019s hard for our brains to \u201cconceptualize\u201d one trillion dollars. \u201cWe know a trillion is a number, but it\u2019s so large,\u201d Kimmel said. \u201cWe can\u2019t fathom it. The same way we know Elon has a lot of kids, but we can\u2019t fathom him getting laid.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tHe explained that \u201cwith that kind of money Elon could buy every NFL team and he\u2019d still have $773 billion left. Which he could use to buy all 30 major league baseball teams, every NBA team, every Wendy\u2019s, every Target store, the Beatles entire music catalogue. He could buy Nike, Macy\u2019s, and every Hyundai Elantra ever produced. And would still have $260 billion leftover.\u201d <\/p>\n
