Harper Beckham has been left devastated after an unsuccessful attempt to visit her brother Brooklyn<\/a> when the family were in Los Angeles on Friday.<\/p>\n

The 14-year-old had been in the US alongside her brothers Romeo and Cruz and mum Victoria to celebrate dad Sir David receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.<\/p>\n

Just hours after the ceremony, Harper was photographed pulling up to Brooklyn’s mansion in an SUV. In pictures obtained by Page Six, Harper was spotted walking to the gates alone, still dressed in the pink silk dress she had worn to the ceremony.<\/p>\n

However, hopes of a reconciliation were quickly dashed as Brooklyn and wife Nicola were nowhere to be found, and the youngest Beckham did not set foot inside.<\/p>\n

Harper arrived at the property unannounced and left moments later without catching a glimpse of her brother, as a source confirmed to Page Six that neither Brooklyn nor his wife, Nicola Peltz, were at home at the time. The couple is thought to be away, reports the Mirror<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The teenager was the only member of her family to make an effort to mend fences on Friday, with her brothers having turned against Brooklyn following his criticism of them.<\/p>\n

The Mirror previously reported how Brooklyn had struggled to maintain a relationship with his sister while his feud with his parents continued to simmer. The 26 year old is currently not on speaking terms with David and Victoria, or his brothers Cruz and Romeo, all of whom he has blocked on social media.<\/p>\n

However, the situation is “very different” when it comes to his 14 year old sister, who Brooklyn is understood to want to protect from the family fallout. A source admits that the “fundamental logistics of his little sister living under the same roof as his parents….makes things very hard, contact-wise” and the pair are no longer as close as they once were.<\/p>\n

Having initially sparked a feud by snubbing his father’s 50th birthday party, Brooklyn launched a scathing attack on his family in an Instagram post earlier this year, leaving his sister utterly devastated.<\/p>\n

He said: “I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.”<\/p>\n

He accused his mother of dancing inappropriately on him at his wedding and claimed that both she and dad David had attempted to drive a wedge between him and Nicola.<\/p>\n

Brooklyn’s estrangement from his family deepened further as he gave his father’s Walk of Fame celebrations a miss earlier on Friday. Speaking to Variety ahead of the ceremony, David flatly refused to be drawn on the rift.<\/p>\n

He said: “To be honest, I’m sorry to stop you there, but that’s a private matter. That’s the one thing that I don’t want to talk about.”<\/p>\n

While her brothers have turned their backs on Brooklyn, Harper is said to have been desperately trying to hold the family together as the bitter exchanges played out across social media.<\/p>\n

On Valentine’s Day, Harper shared a snap of herself beaming with her arms wrapped around her elder brother Brooklyn, 26, in a swimming pool, while her two other brothers, Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 20, stood behind them with their arms around one another.<\/p>\n

“I love you all so much words can’t describe it,” Harper wrote over the image, tagging her three older brothers.<\/p>\n

Yet Brooklyn also chose to cut Harper out of his life by blocking her on Instagram, meaning he was unable to see the post.<\/p>\n

Harper had previously enjoyed a close bond with sister-in-law Nicola, with the pair referring to each other as ‘sisters’ before their falling out.<\/p>\n

Throughout the ongoing feud, Brooklyn and Nicola have remained a united front. The amateur chef said: “My wife has been consistently disrespected by my family, no matter how hard we’ve tried to come together as one.<\/p>\n

“The narrative that my wife controls me is completely backwards. I have been controlled by my parents for most of my life. I grew up with overwhelming anxiety. For the first time in my life, since stepping away from my family, that anxiety has disappeared.”<\/p>\n
