Kendra Wilkinson rose to fame as one of Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends on the reality television series “The Girls Next Door.” Back then, Wilkinson had just entered her 20s, and her reality television career continued evolving in the 2010s with projects like “Kendra on Top.” And while it’s only natural that Wilkinson \u2014 who made the switch from reality star to real estate agent \u2014 has changed over the years, some have taken it upon themselves to comment negatively on her appearance. However, anyone who has followed Wilkinson during any part of her career knows that she is never afraid to speak her mind and put anyone who deserves it in their place.<\/p>\n

For International Women’s Day 2026, Wilkinson took to Instagram<\/a> to share just how she feels about the body-shamers. “I used to use a light filter on myself but now I’m just embracing myself as it is. I’ve seen many people comment saying I’ve aged ‘poorly’ and that is ok,” she wrote in the caption. “I’m ok with aging ‘poorly’. For some reason I’m happier than I’ve ever been lately, even with a little weight gain and wrinkles and I’m not going to tie my happiness again into the negative energy.”<\/p>\n

Even a year prior to these comments, Wilkinson had stressed the importance of self-acceptance and mental health.\u00a0“I’m not that girl I was before, but … I feel good and mentally healthy,” she wrote on Instagram<\/a>, adding, “For those of you hating on my new weight, 40-year-old face, please know that I’m happy, healthy and at peace in life finally.”<\/p>\n

Kendra Wilkinson opened up about her journey of GLP-1s for weight-loss<\/a>, revealing that for her, it’s all about being healthy. “It was never just about the number on the scale,” she wrote on Instagram<\/a>\u00a0in May 2026, adding, “It’s about feeling like myself again, having real energy, and actually learning to trust the process without trying to fast forward it.” The former reality star did admit that the weight loss has been exciting, writing, “Fitting into my pants again? That’s absolutely a win too.”<\/p>\n

But while many praised the star for her transparency as well as the fact that she was sharing her journey, some have commented on her appearance \u2014 in particular, her chest, with some netizens claiming that they made her look heavier (via People<\/a>). Wilkinson took to her Instagram Stories to reply to the unsolicited advice, writing “Who’s paying?! You want my Venmo to support this?” and “Until I get my GoFundMe breast reduction money, I’m going to love my boobs the way they are.”<\/p>\n

Back in 2018, Wilkinson opened up about the breast augmentation she had at the age of 18, revealing that she had done it for her self-esteem. However, Wilkinson also shared that the procedure didn’t stop her from feeling like herself. “At the end of the day, I’m still that tomboy who can care less what a man thinks. I try not to look like I’m flaunting them because I really don’t. They are just on me [and a part] of me,” she explained (via People<\/a>).<\/p>\n
