It is now and whatever conversations have to happen in the next few weeks I\u2019ll live with that and I\u2019ll sit down with Mick (Mullen, county board chairman) and we\u2019ll review the year in detail.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think blaming the manager is a well-worn path in this county. Very few managers in the last 25 years, particularly home-grown managers haven\u2019t had to face that. Personally, I pay very little attention to it, it doesn\u2019t hold a whole lot of water with me.
