You think you\u2019re breakup is messy? Katherine LaNasa<\/a> says ex-husband Dennis Hopper haunted her after his death in 2010<\/a>, years after they had divorced and they had both remarried. When asked by W if she believes in ghosts, The Pitt<\/a> star was quite definitive. \u201cI do believe in ghosts,\u201d she said. \u201cThe ghost of Dennis Hopper would not leave me alone for a really long time.\u201d LaNasa married Hopper in 1989, when she was 22 and he was 53. They had a son together, Henry Lee Hopper, and divorced in 1992. Hopper married Victoria Duffy in 1996 and was in the process of divorcing her when he died. \u201cWe\u2019ve been divorced a very long time, but I was the last wife that he\u2019d been with that he wasn\u2019t currently divorcing,\u201d she said, \u201cso I think that level of intimacy when you\u2019re dying is maybe only something you can do with a partner.\u201d<\/p>\n LaNasa gave a brief outline of some of the times she got haunted by Hopper. \u201cHe visited me, first, in ways that were scary,\u201d she said. \u201cHe came one time looking like when he was at the Academy Awards. And he was in a wheelchair, and he fell down, and it was super upsetting.\u201d She also said he would appear over her \u201cin a sweat.\u201d<\/p>\n LaNasa set a boundary with Hopper\u2019s ghost, and he respected it.
