It\u2019s always the same everywhere.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Pernille says that she was surprised to see such a long queue for cafe. \u201cYeah, why are there so many people here? Then Asta said that they must be opening today.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">The Danish cafe has more than 500 locations worldwide and places an emphasis on healthy offerings including juices, smoothies, matcha, and salads. Sandwiches are priced from \u20ac8.75 upwards, americanos are \u20ac3.80 and smoothies and juices are priced between \u20ac7 and \u20ac8. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Friends Klaudia Dudek, Nino Tsereteli and Marwa Ismael were among the first in the queue this morning, having travelled from the Blanchardstown-Lucan area in Dublin. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">The girls reckon they were queuing for 45 minutes to an hour.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">\u201cThis has been a long time coming,\u201d says Nino, adding that the chain has numerous locations in the UK.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">\u201cI was told the tuna melt was really, really good,\u201d says Klaudia, referring to the company\u2019s best selling Tunacado sandwich, which has tuna, avocado, cress and tomatoes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Marwa has tried Joe &amp; the Juice abroad. \u201cI have been craving one of these for so long,\u201d she says, holding up a passion fruit juice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Emily Carroll and Rebecca Tyrrell both travelled into the city centre from Templologue for the opening. They have also tried the chain abroad. \u201cWe went in Liverpool and it was really, really nice,\u201d says Emily. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">\u201cWe just said we had to try it in Dublin,\u201d adds Rebecca. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Ben Sturley, who works in marketing with Joe &amp; the Juice says that the Dawson Street location is the first of many shops the company plans to open around the country before the end of 2026. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">\u201cDublin is just the start for Ireland. It\u2019s our launch pad.
