{"id":508841,"date":"2026-06-20T01:12:26","date_gmt":"2026-06-20T01:12:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/508841\/"},"modified":"2026-06-20T01:12:26","modified_gmt":"2026-06-20T01:12:26","slug":"tay-keith-grammy-nominated-producer-dies-aged-29-the-irish-times","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/508841\/","title":{"rendered":"Tay Keith: Grammy-nominated producer dies aged 29 \u2013 The Irish Times"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/grammy-awards\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/grammy-awards\/\">Grammy<\/a>-nominated hip hop producer Tay Keith, who worked with musicians including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/beyonce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/beyonce\/\">Beyonc\u00e9<\/a>, Travis Scott and Future, has been found dead at the age of 29.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">The producer behind rapper Scott\u2019s hit track Sicko Mode and Drake\u2019s Nonstop was found by police in his apartment in Nashville, Tennessee, during a welfare check.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Keith, real name Brytavious Chambers, also worked with stars including Eminem, Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion, J Cole and 21 Savage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">A statement from Metro Nashville police department said: \u201cNo foul play is suspected in the death of Brytavious Chambers, 29, also known as Grammy-nominated record producer Tay Keith.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">\u201cHe was found dead in his Martin Street apartment this afternoon by officers performing a welfare check.
