He will go before the Central Criminal Court on all matters at a later stage.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He has been charged with six counts of rape, contrary to Section 48 of the Offences Against the Person Act, 1861 and Section 2 of the Criminal Law (Rape) Act, 1981 as amended by Section 21 of the Criminal Law (Rape) (Amendment) AC, 1990.<\/p>\n<p>He was also charged with eight counts of rape under section 4 of the Criminal Law (Rape) (Amendment) Act, 1990.<\/p>\n<p>He was further charged with six counts of attempted rape, contrary to Common Law.<\/p>\n<p>The man is facing a further 13 counts of sexual assault and 12 charges of indecent assault.<\/p>\n<p>A Garda detective gave evidence of arresting the man for the purpose of charge.
