Tyla<\/a>, Shakira<\/a> and Cardi B<\/a>, among other artists, took the stage at the 2025 Global Citizen Festival in New York City on Saturday, each bringing their distinct performance style to the annual music and social impact event. Tyla<\/a> delivered a set that highlighted her recent rise as a global performer, while Shakira<\/a> returned to the festival for a high-energy appearance that reflected her long-standing ties to international causes. Cardi B<\/a>, who is expecting her fourth child, closed out her segment with a mix of her chart-topping hits and promoting her new album, \u201cAm I the Drama?\u201d.<\/p>\n

Other appearances across the day included Blackpink\u2019s Ros\u00e9, who performed solo tracks that showcased her ongoing individual projects beyond the group. Actress Kristen Bell also participated, adding her voice to the onstage appeal for policy change, while singer Adam Lambert brought both performance and advocacy to the audience.<\/p>\n

Since its launch in 2012, the Global Citizen Festival has evolved into a cornerstone platform for connecting major artists with global social causes. Hosted annually in New York and other locations, the event raises awareness of poverty, climate change, gender equality and humanitarian access, blending live performances with calls for policy commitments from world leaders.<\/p>\n
