The update means that computers with those older graphics cards, which use the RDNA 3 graphics architecture, will be able to see improvements like better image quality and smoother gameplay in their games.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1044qizi _18mzr4b1 _18mzr4b0 _19wv7tc1\">AMD had promised in May that it would be bringing support for FSR 4.1 to the RX 7000 series GPUs \u2014 though at the time, it said that support would arrive in July, so AMD is a little ahead of schedule. AMD is also planning to bring FSR 4.1 to RDNA 3 APUs; AMD\u2019s Jack Huynh says that the company is \u201cdeveloping lightweight machine learning models to bring FSR 4.1 to even more devices.\u201d The company is also set to bring FSR 4.1 to RDNA 2 cards at some point <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/tech\/930376\/amd-fsr-4-expansion\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">in early 2027<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1044qizi _18mzr4b1 _18mzr4b0 _19wv7tc1\">FSR 4.1 is already available in more than 300 games, <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/jackhuynh\/status\/2069059207383720091?s=20\" rel=\"nofollow\">according to Huynh<\/a>. And more are on the way: alongside today\u2019s news, AMD <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amd.com\/en\/resources\/support-articles\/release-notes\/RN-RAD-WIN-26-6-2.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">announced that<\/a> FSR 4.1 will be supported in Doom: The Dark Ages Revelations, which launches on July 7th, and Assassin\u2019s Creed Black Flag Resynced, which releases on July 9th.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"AMD is officially launching FSR Upscaling 4.1 for Radeon RX 7000-series GPUs today.
