{"id":516984,"date":"2026-06-25T02:39:49","date_gmt":"2026-06-25T02:39:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/516984\/"},"modified":"2026-06-25T02:39:49","modified_gmt":"2026-06-25T02:39:49","slug":"club-pilates-signs-deal-to-expand-in-new-york-michigan-maryland","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/516984\/","title":{"rendered":"Club Pilates Signs Deal to Expand in New York, Michigan, Maryland"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Renew Fitness, a group formed from developer Saber Ammori and Cohere Capital, will target studios in Michigan, Maryland and New York<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Club Pilates is still on an expansion tear, signing a new 70-unit deal with entrepreneur and developer Saber Ammori and the newly formed Renew Fitness franchise group to operate and grow existing and future locations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ammori, who currently owns and operates 14 Club Pilates locations in the New York City area, has united with Cohere Capital to create the group, now making Renew Fitness one of the boutique brand\u2019s largest multi-unit franchisees, with 84 potential studios.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Target markets include Michigan, Maryland and New York, where Renew Fitness is planning to acquire and develop studios as part of the deal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe goal has always been to keep growing with Club Pilates \u2014 my team and I are extremely passionate about this empowering, inclusive brand,\u201d Ammori said. \u201cThere is still so much whitespace for Pilates in the U.S., and the formation of Renew Fitness will help us unlock that next phase of growth.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new deal is just the latest in the Xponential Fitness-owned brand\u2019s recent monstrous growth \u2014 earlier this year, Club Pilates signed the <a href=\"https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/club-pilates-signs-biggest-multi-unit-deal-in-xponential-history\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">largest multi-unit deal in Xponential\u2019s history<\/a>, while also making its entrance into Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEven after twenty-plus years, Club Pilates continues to push the boundaries of boutique fitness franchising,\u201d said Xponential Fitness CEO Mike Nuzzo.\u00a0\u201cThis deal with Renew Fitness is a testament to the brand\u2019s strength, economics and staying power.
