Hugh Jackman<\/a> is pushing girlfriend Sutton Foster<\/a> to relocate to his home country of Australia, a source tells Globe, but getting nowhere as she\u2019s refusing to budge from New York City.<\/p>\n

\u201cSutton\u2019s idea that they could just keep being this cozy little Broadway couple<\/a> and work on their theatre projects indefinitely is proving to be a fantasy,\u201d reveals the source. \u201cHugh is always going to be a citizen of the world and he\u2019s always going to need regular check-ins back in Australia.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jackman, 57, \u201cis a creature of New York too,\u201d adds the source, \u201cbut only on a part-time basis and only to stay close to his kids,\u201d Oscar, 26, and Ava, 20, with ex-wife Deborra-Lee Furness<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Foster\u2019s daughter is much younger than them, though.<\/p>\n

The two-time Tony Award winner, 51, shares 9-year-old Emily with her estranged husband Ted Griffin<\/a> and \u201chas her own duties as a divorced mom to tend to in the city,\u201d the source says.<\/p>\n
