The Doctor has worn many hats over the years<\/a>. That’s not just an expression or a figure of speech, the Doctor has literally worn many hats over the years, and been fond of pretty much every outfit one can imagine. But this one is wearing the hat of a Fugitive, and the latest Doctor Who<\/a> adventure is bringing back the Fugitive Doctor, and heading straight for ancient Greece where the Daleks are waiting. <\/p>\n

Doctor Who: Circuit Breaker is the latest event for the long-running sci-fi franchise<\/a>, and it will span comics<\/a>, novels, audio dramas and games, with Titan Comics kicking things off on July 8 with the release of Doctor Who: Circuit Breaker #1 \u2013 Adversary of the Daleks. The first look at the new series puts Jo Martin\u2019s Fugitive Doctor at the centre of the action, as the Time Lord<\/a> faces off against the franchise\u2019s most iconic villains who have a proclivity for, well, extermination.<\/p>\n

The issue is written by Dan Watters and Dulce M. Montoya, with art by Roberta Ingranata, Sami Kivel\u00e4, and Valentina Bianconi. It will also feature variant covers from Jay Anacleto and Robert Sienicki, alongside a photo variant and a \u201ccolour your own\u201d cover. The official synopsis for Adversary of the Daleks reads: \u201cIn Adversary of the Daleks, the Doctor arrives in Thessaloniki in Ancient Greece, where she discovers that even the gods fear strange visitors from across the universe.\u201d<\/p>\n
