Hip-hop group Kneecap paid a politically driven tribute to the late music manager Trevor Dietz during their headline gig at London’s Crystal Palace Park on Saturday night.<\/p>\n
During their show in Croydon on Saturday, Kneecap remembered widely celebrated manager Dietz, who died suddenly on 7 June, aged 47.<\/p>\n
Dietz, nicknamed Trevor Radiator, was best known for managing Irish rock band Fontaines DC.<\/p>\n

He was also an influential figure in Dublin nightlife who worked as a club promoter and DJ in the city.<\/p>\n
Beyond his impact on the music industry, Dietz was widely known as a campaigner for Palestinian human rights and for justice.<\/p>\n
Kneecap are also highly vocal about their pro-Palestinian activism.<\/p>\n
On screens next to the stage on Saturday, Kneecap showed a photo of Dietz and accompanied the tribute with an image of the Palestinian flag on the screen behind them.<\/p>\n
Over the flag, text read: “Trevor forever. Trevor Radiator Dietz, 1979 – 2026.”<\/p>\n
Kneecap also shared photos of the tribute on their social media shortly after appearing onstage. <\/p>\n
