\n\tWhen FKA Twigs<\/a> wrote her latest single, \u201cOn Your Mind,\u201d <\/a>with Lil Yachty<\/a>, it was after a dance rehearsal ahead of the U.S. leg of her Eusexua tour and a highly anticipated Coachella performance in 2025, neither of which happened when she thought they would. Both were postponed due to visa complications<\/a>, and the single was born from Twigs\u2019 hope that it would somehow come together in the end.<\/p>\n \n\tIt did, eventually, and the Jordan Hemingway-directed video is an ode to staying in motion even when it would make sense to stop. In the clip, Twigs and Yachty host a rooftop dance battle. As they move through the streets, communicating solely through movement, the camera cuts to even more bodies heaving, lurching, and writhing.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cIt never ceases to amaze me how pain can manifest into the hardest and most euphoric sonics,\u201d Twigs shared in a statement about the song. \u201cI think making songs like this keeps me on my toes and reminds me that I am not in control.\u201d<\/p>\n \t\tTrending Stories<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cOn Your Mind\u201d is the first release from Twigs since last year, when she shared Eusexua Afterglow. Since then, she has completed both the Eusexua tour and the Body High Tour.
