Emotions were running very high, with plenty of shouting, eye rolls and tears all around on Thursday\u2019s Love Island as the villa grappled with the outcome of recoupling and Casa Amor.<\/p>\n

Among those feeling the pressure was Irish bombshell Charleen Murphy, who was emotional as she and the other three Casa girls huddled in a corner away from the original girls on the rampage.<\/p>\n

Charleen wiped away tears as she spoke with Julia, Mara, and Martha, with Julia, who is now coupled up with Lorenzo, trying to stand up for Kavan by saying Jasmine\u2019s reaction was why he needed a break.<\/p>\n

As any girl gang knows, nothing unites friends quicker than a shared enemy, and after Casa, that enemy is the boys – and perhaps to a lesser extent the new girls – with all of the lads having things to come clean about.<\/p>\n

The OG girls were behind Jasmine 100 per cent, as they said Kavan bringing another girl back to the villa was crazy. Later, Jasmine and Kavan headed to the fire pit for a long-awaited conversation.<\/p>\n

Speaking about his approach to Casa Amor, Kavan tried to explain what went on, \u2018holding his hands up\u2019 to the fact that the kissing with Charleen was \u2018a bit extra.\u2019<\/p>\n

He said: \u2018I tried to just focus on Casa, I tried not to think about what was going on here. I wanted to just be there and explore connections there. I wasn\u2019t as respectful as I could have been\u2026 I don\u2019t want this to be over.\u2019<\/p>\n

Jasmine told him,\u00a0\u2018I needed an answer anyway, and I got an answer,\u2019 adding that she is now all out of fight to save their connection.<\/p>\n

When Kavan confessed that he didn\u2019t want it to be the end of things between them, Jasmine replied: \u2018I don\u2019t think that’s your call anymore.\u2019<\/p>\n

Some Love Island viewers were confused as to why Charleen was crying, as the girls weren’t angry with her directly but with Kav. However, others said that it must be very awkward to sit in the middle of the drama, in a villa full of people you’ve never met, and hear what’s being said.<\/p>\n

Later in the show, Charleen and Martha caught up with Kavan and Aidan, where there were more tears, and Martha said the new girls were getting a ‘very cold’ reception from the OG girls.<\/p>\n

Kavan tried to reassure Charleen, saying that ‘nothing that\u2019s been said is at you’, that emotions are just ‘running high’ after the recoupling, and that he has ‘no regrets.’<\/p>\n

The girls were also raging with Simba, who returned from Casa with Mara instead of staying loyal to Angelista, telling him that he\u2019s a joke and that his Lying King nickname is spot on. Ouch.<\/p>\n

Simba tried to approach Angelista, who had told the girls she thought her journey on Love Island was over after recoupling, twice after the fire pit theatrics, with her and the girls sending him packing both times.<\/p>\n

Later, Simba tried to explain himself, but Angie wasn\u2019t having any of it. \u2018Do you actually hear yourself? Don\u2019t start all the dramatics and the sniffling,\u2019 she said before telling him \u2018this is done\u2019 and walking away.<\/p>\n

For the second time during the night, she said it might be time to pack her bags<\/a>, sparking Simba to say \u2018if you go, I go,\u2019 a declaration that had the girls laughing as they think he enjoys the chaos too much.<\/p>\n

Not to mention the fact that he’s just brought a new girl back to the villa to get to know.<\/p>\n

Well, that was an intense episode.
