Young Washington, Angel Studios and Wonder Project\u2019s biopic about the formative years of America\u2019s first president, George Washington, is new in theaters and being met with only mildly favorable reviews from Rotten Tomatoes critics.<\/p>\n

RT\u2019s Critics Consensus, Audience Summary and Popcornmeter score based on verified user ratings are still pending.<\/p>\n What Are Individual Critics Saying About \u2018Young Washington\u2019?<\/p>\n Variety\u2019s Owen Gleiberman is among the top critics on RT<\/a> who gives the film Young a \u201cfresh\u201d score, writing, \u201cYoung Washington is just competent enough to create that crisp tug of schoolkid patriotism the books we read as children provided.
