Take That come to the Aviva Stadium in Dublin this Saturday, July 4th, for one of the most anticipated gigs of the summer<\/p>\n

Legendary British boyband Take That<\/a> make a welcome return to Ireland this weeked to perform a huge outdoor show at Dublin’s Aviva Stadium as part of their ongoing The Circus Live Tour.<\/p>\n

The latest tour from the Patience hitmakers sees the trio – Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald \u2013 play 11 stadium shows dates around the UK and Ireland, distilling 30 years of chart pop, cheesy disco, boyband balladry and karaoke anthems into a stacked setlist.<\/p>\n

Originally staged in 2009, The Circus Live broke UK records as the fastest-selling tour in history, with over 600,000 tickets sold in under 5 hours, and over one million fans attending the sell-out shows across the UK and Ireland.<\/p>\n

Now, more than 17 years later, Take That are ready to bring the magic back for a whole new generation of fans, and for those who were there the first time, with the chance to revisit one of the most groundbreaking live productions in UK pop history.<\/p>\n

Take That will take to the stage at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday, July 4 for what promises to be an unmissable show and we have all the info you need ahead of the eagerly-anticipated gig.<\/p>\n

Tickets<\/p>\n

Saturday’s show is almost completely sold out, with fans snapping up tickets soon after they went on sale back in September.<\/p>\n

However, Irish fans desperate to see the band perform live can still bag tickets to see the band in Dublin this weekend, with a handful of VIP tickets still available on Ticketmaster<\/a>, along with some resale tickets also on sale.<\/p>\n

Support acts<\/p>\n

Take That will be joined at the Aviva Stadium this week by special guests, OneRepublic and Delta Goodrem.<\/p>\n

Goodrem is an Australian singer-songwriter and actress known for her powerful vocal range and piano-driven pop music. Her artistic versatility has established her as a prominent figure in the entertainment industry.<\/p>\n

She first captivated audiences as Nina Tucker on the popular soap opera Neighbours in 2002, which served as a launching pad for her music career. Her debut single, \u201cBorn to Try,\u201d quickly topped the charts, setting the stage for her multi-platinum album Innocent Eyes.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, OneRepublic are among the most successful pop-rock bands of the 21st century. The Colorado-born band have released smash hits like 2006’s “Apologize,” 2013’s “Counting Stars” and 2022’s “I Ain’t Worried,” racking up more than 18 billion streams on Spotify alone in the process.<\/p>\n

Stage times<\/p>\n

Gates for Take That at the Aviva will open at 5pm, ahead of the show getting underway at 6pm.<\/p>\n

Delta Goodrem will be the first act to take to the stage, followed by OneRepublic.<\/p>\n

Based on previous shows on the tour, Take That are expected on stage around 8.30pm, but, as always, all times are subject to change.<\/p>\n

Last entry into the venue is 9.30pm.<\/p>\n

Based on Take That’s recent shows from their current The Circus Live run, Irish fans can expect the band to play all their hits in Dublin this weekend as part of a massive set list covering the trio’s extensive discography.<\/p>\n

Concertgoers are urged to plan and book their return travel arrangements in advance, using official NTA licensed transport providers.<\/p>\n

You should allow yourself at least an additional three hours travel time to and from the venue. As traffic delays are inevitable ticketholders are encouraged to walk, cycle, use public transport and private coach services.<\/p>\n

BY DART: Nearest stations are Landsdowne Road or Grand Canal Dock. Note: After the concert Grand Canal Dock station will be closed. More info on Irish Rail<\/a>.<\/p>\n

TAXI DROP-OFF: Suggested locations are Pembroke Road\/Northumberland Road or Tritonville Road\/Herbert Road depending on your approach route – please see map.<\/p>\n

The venue is also easily accessible by foot within 30 minutes from St Stephen\u2019s Green, or Luas stops Charlemont on the Green Line and Point Village on the Red Line.<\/p>\n

Entrance routes and box offices<\/p>\n

Concertgoers are advised to follow entrance routes, which are separated by the colour groups designated to every individual ticket.<\/p>\n

If you still need to collect your tickets, box offices will open at 3pm on Herbert Road to the south-east, and at the junction between Lansdowne Road and Northumberland Road to the south-west of the stadium.<\/p>\n

You must enter through whichever gate is detailed on your ticket. Your ticket background colour is your dedicated route.<\/p>\n

Banned Items<\/p>\n

Under 16’s must be accompanied at all times by a Parent\/Guardian over 25, who takes full responsibility and remains with them throughout the event. It is recommended no under 5’s attend. The standing area is reserved for ages 14+ only. Strict age monitoring will be in place, and unaccompanied under 16\u2019s will be refused entry without refund.<\/p>\n

\"Two<\/p>\n

Two years on from their sold out show at Malahide Castle, Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald are back in Dublin for an even bigger and better show<\/p>\n

Security checks<\/p>\n

Strict security checks will be in operation at the Aviva Stadium. All ticketholders will be subject to a search permissible under law, per Purchase Policy. Additional searches may take place once inside the venue.<\/p>\n

Bags larger than A4, glass or cans, umbrellas, alcohol, garden furniture, selfie sticks, flares, professional cameras and audio recording equipment will not be permitted into the venue.<\/p>\n

Patrons are especially advised not to bring large bags\/backpacks as they may experience delays or be refused entry. There will be no storage facilities on-site. Any items left at entrances \/ in surrounding areas will be removed and disposed of accordingly.<\/p>\n

Due to health and safety, there are strictly no camping\/collapsible chairs\/ stools permitted in the venue. Concertgoers do not bring these items as security will have to refuse you entry with them.<\/p>\n

Local residents, their immediate families, local business community will be facilitated at the barriers with proof of address. However proof of address does not guarantee entry through the cordon where high pedestrian volumes exist.<\/p>\n

Gardai have said that during the hours of operation of the Garda Cordon, vehicles, bicycles, skips, bags, bins or any other items which are causing an obstruction or which may become a trip hazard will be relocated or removed.<\/p>\n
