{"id":532820,"date":"2026-07-04T14:47:13","date_gmt":"2026-07-04T14:47:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/532820\/"},"modified":"2026-07-04T14:47:13","modified_gmt":"2026-07-04T14:47:13","slug":"burst-water-main-causes-widespread-outage-in-ennis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/532820\/","title":{"rendered":"Burst Water Main Causes Widespread Outage In Ennis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uisce \u00c9ireann is working to repair a burst watermain which has left a large area of Ennis town and surrounding areas without water.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customers in part of Ennis and along the Tulla Road as far as Spancilhill have contacted Clare FM reported a loss of supply since early morning.<\/p>\n<p>The outage is affecting not just households but a number of businesses also.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uisce \u00c9ireann has confirmed that repairs to a burst water main may cause supply disruptions to Spancil Hill, Tulla Road, Ennis and surrounding areas in Co. Clare.<\/p>\n<p>Works are scheduled to take place until 4pm today.
