Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding was the showbiz event of the year – but one guest left the reception talking after reportedly making a series of raunchy jokes<\/p>\n

Taylor Swift’s wedding guests were left stunned as Lena Dunham<\/a> delivered a profanity-laden speech at the lavish reception.<\/p>\n

The Bad Blood singer, 36, married Kansas Chiefs star Travis Kelce<\/a>, also 36, in New York on Friday, with a host of A-list celebrities in attendance.<\/p>\n

The guest list for the showbiz wedding of the year remained closely guarded. However, Girls star Lena Dunham \u2014 who is close friends with Taylor<\/a> \u2014 not only made the cut but was also invited to deliver a speech at the reception in Madison Square Garden.<\/p>\n

Sources have claimed that Lena made an X-rated address while Hollywood’s elite sat open-mouthed at some of her remarks.<\/p>\n

Making reference to groom Travis’ American football career, the actress, who had Taylor as a bridesmaid at her 2021 wedding, reportedly quipped that the sport was “just straight guys re-enacting gay porn” in front of all the newlyweds’ family and friends \u2014 who included several NFL stars.<\/p>\n

According to the Mail, audible gasps could be heard from the well-to-do guests in the Big Apple, among them actor Bradley Cooper, model Gigi Hadid \u2014 and NFL legend Tom Brady.<\/p>\n

The source suggests that while there were “lots of speeches,” Lena became one of the evening’s biggest talking points, as her jokes provoked a “divided” reaction from guests who responded with a mixture of “gasps and laughs.”<\/p>\n

Taylor, who has been close friends with Lena for years, is said to have seen the funny side of the cheeky joke and reportedly called the Emmy Award nominee a “genius” following her speech, reports the Mirror<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The pair have been firm friends for over a decade, with Taylor serving as a bridesmaid at Lena’s wedding to musician Luis Felber back in 2021.<\/p>\n

Lena also dedicated her 2026 memoir Famesick to the Love Story singer, writing in her dedication: “TayTay – you sing the songs I wrote this book to… and yet somehow, miraculously, you also pick up every desperate call at every desperate hour”.<\/p>\n

Speaking to People previously about their friendship, the Too Much creator shared: “It’s a crazy thing, because she’s one of my best friends in the world but she’s also my favourite music.”<\/p>\n

New York was transformed for Taylor and Travis’ big day, with enormous billboards surrounding Madison Square Garden capturing the moment they became Mr and Mrs, giving thrilled fans gathered outside the chance to share in the couple’s joy.<\/p>\n

Taylor’s brother Austin served as her Man of Honour, while Travis’ brother Jason was his Best Man, and actor Adam Sandler officiated the wedding.<\/p>\n

Notably absent from the celebrations, however, was Taylor’s former closest friend Blake Lively. The pair were once inseparable, with Taylor serving as godmother to Blake’s four children, James, Inez, Betty and Olin, whom she shares with Ryan Reynolds.<\/p>\n

Taylor even wove the names of Blake’s children into her songs on folklore as a heartfelt tribute to her friend. However, as Blake’s legal dispute with Justin Baldoni continues, it appears her friendship with the Bad Blood singer has hit the rocks, with the It Ends With Us actress reportedly ‘snubbed’ from TayTay’s glittering wedding.<\/p>\n
