{"id":535825,"date":"2026-07-06T14:08:08","date_gmt":"2026-07-06T14:08:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/535825\/"},"modified":"2026-07-06T14:08:08","modified_gmt":"2026-07-06T14:08:08","slug":"public-invited-to-hospital-development-engagement-sessions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/535825\/","title":{"rendered":"Public invited to hospital development engagement sessions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"101\" data-end=\"246\">The public is being invited to take part in a new round of engagement sessions on plans for the future development of University Hospital Galway.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"248\" data-end=\"478\">University Hospital Galway and Galway City Council say the Development Control Plan represents the largest ever investment in healthcare infrastructure in the region, aimed at future-proofing hospital services for decades to come.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"480\" data-end=\"776\">A previous consultation saw 247 people attend in-person events, with 157 submissions made online.
