“He didn\u2019t deserve to go like this, he had the biggest heart,” Ms O’Callaghan Long said.<\/p>\n
“He was the easiest going person,” she said, “he had the brightest and most contagious smile.”<\/p>\n
“He\u2019s a big big loss to our family and we\u2019re all in such a state of shock that he went like this,” Ms O’Callaghan Long said.<\/p>\n
She said that he came from a big family and was one of 12 siblings.<\/p>\n
Ms O\u2019Callaghan Long said her uncle was attacked outside his late father’s home, and that tomorrow marks the anniversary of his death.<\/p>\n
Another relative, Ray Crawford, said that Mr Long was “a gentle soul”.<\/p>\n
“He would do anything for anyone, stranger or family, didn\u2019t matter to him,” he said.<\/p>\n
“He never deserved to be attacked like that.<\/p>\n
