\n\tAriana Grande<\/a> just gave fans a bouquet of exciting new goodies ahead of the release of Petal, sharing an alternate picture disc of the album and two revealing snippets of unreleased songs on the project.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn an Instagram post on Wednesday (July 8), the pop star began her carousel with a sideways black-and-white photo of her face, partially covered by shadows and an unfocused flower. The snap is printed on an exclusive batch of discs now available for preorder on her website.<\/p>\n

\n\tShe then included two videos featuring samples of the songs on Petal, one of which she filmed in a studio while listening to a mix over the speakers. \u201cGood things can replace dysfunction, obsession\/ Thanks but I\u2019ll see you right out\/ Good luck on your way to hell\/ Oh, well,\u201d Grande sings in reverb-drenched stacks of a cappella harmonies. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe Grammy winner didn\u2019t specify in her post, but based on the lyrics, the snippet may have come from track five on Petal, \u201cOh Well.\u201d Grande previously unveiled the tracklist<\/a> in a visual countdown <\/a>at stops on her ongoing Eternal Sunshine Tour.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cSomeday all the seeds will open\/ All of the human life I\u2019ve dreamt of\/ Will be real if I start over\/ How will it feel?\u201d she sings in the second song snippet Grande included in the post, which was similarly stripped of accompaniment to focus on her haunting vocals.<\/p>\n

\n\tArriving two years after her last album, Eternal Sunshine \u2014 which spent three weeks atop the Billboard 200<\/a> and produced two No. 1 hits on the Billboard Hot 100<\/a> with \u201cYes, And?\u201d and \u201cWe Can\u2019t Be Friends\u201d \u2014 Petal is set to drop on July 31. So far, she\u2019s shared only one song from the set: lead single \u201cHate That I Made You Love Me,\u201d which debuted atop the Hot 100.<\/p>\n
