It includes a deck area and a cold-water plunge pool overlooking Dublin Bay, which would be just beautiful on a sunny day.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"700\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/SnapInsta-Ai_3577932400760856039.jpg\" alt=\"Pic: Helios Sauna\/Facebook\" class=\"wp-image-2150151\"  \/>Pic: Helios\/\/Facebook<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The wood-fired sauna comfortably seats 12 people, and the plunge pool is full of seawater. Meanwhile, the showers are fresh water to help make you feel clean and put a pep in your step to carry on with the day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are changing facilities on site, and dry robes should the need arise (because let&#8217;s face it, it probably will with the ever-changing Irish weather).<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And while that sounds like a regular sauna experience, the kicker is that it makes you feel totally at one with nature because you&#8217;re afloat on the sea.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"700\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Untitled-2_cd618a.jpg\" alt=\"Floating Sauna. Sounds soothing!<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Helios&#8217; D\u00fan Laoghaire location opened to the public on Saturday, May 30, just in time for the long summer ahead.
