The Real Housewives of Orange County<\/a> is celebrating 20 seasons on Bravo, and the stars of the franchise are marking the milestone.<\/p>\n

A milestone celebration could not be complete without the OG of the OC, Vicki Gunvalson. The entrepreneur and insurance maven returned to the franchise after a five-season break and continues to show why she is beloved by viewers two decades later.<\/p>\n

Jo de la Rosa, who was also part of the cast when the show made its debut in 2006, will guest star on the show when the\u00a0RHOC stars celebrate the momentous event.<\/p>\n

The Season 20 cast also includes Tamra Judge, Shannon Storms Beador, Heather Dubrow, Gina Kirschenheiter, Emily Simpson, and Jennifer Pedranti.<\/p>\n

New to the cast this season is Carmella Garcia, who will quickly find herself at odds with the OG, Vicki Gunvalson.<\/p>\n

Ahead of the\u00a0RHOC premiere on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET\/PT on Bravo,\u00a0Deadline talked to the show\u2019s stars to find out how they felt about being part of the celebration of 20 seasons of Real Housewives in the franchise that started it all.<\/p>\n

\tVicki Gunvalson<\/p>\n

\u201cI just can\u2019t believe how fast 20 years left us,\u201d Gunvalson told us. \u201cI mean, it just went so fast and I think it makes you appreciate life every year and feels great.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt feels a little bit like a dream because I can\u2019t believe it\u2019s been 20 years,\u201d De la Rosa told Deadline. \u201cIt\u2019s gone by so fast and I feel proud to be a part \u2014 even a tiny part \u2014 of history [and] to have been with the girls [who] started it all.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cI could not have imagined that when we started this, it was going to be this weird, crazy \u2014 because there wasn\u2019t reality TV back then except for like\u00a0Road Rules and\u00a0Laguna Beach. So I thought it was just gonna be like a little blip, cameras following us around and then that was gonna be that. Never in my wildest dreams could I imagine it turning into what it\u2019s become.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI am sometimes just shocked that I\u2019m still here,\u201d Judge told\u00a0Deadline. \u201cI started the show with my daughter when she was like three years old, maybe. And now she is celebrating Season 20 with me by moving out.\u201d<\/p>\n

\tShannon Beador<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m incredibly grateful,\u201d Beador told\u00a0Deadline. \u201cIt was never in my wheelhouse, so to have spent 12 years with the show, even that number is crazy to me. To be a part of this group and a part of this franchise \u2014 I\u2019m very grateful.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite being one of the longest-running Housewives, Beador told us that she still can\u2019t believe it sometimes.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m grateful, and I\u2019m blessed,\u201d she said. \u201cWho would have thought? That\u2019s the thing, I think all the time\u2026 Sometimes it still doesn\u2019t hit me that I\u2019m actually on a television show. Someone interrupts me [in public], and I think, \u2018Did I drop something?\u2019 I\u2019m just incredibly grateful. I\u2019ve had so much fun and it has been an adventure that not a lot of people get to take. To be able to have the opportunity, it\u2019s been amazing.\u201d<\/p>\n

\tHeather Dubrow<\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t believe it, to be honest with you,\u201d Dubrow told\u00a0Deadline. \u201cIf you had told me I\u2019d ever be on reality on reality television all those years ago, I would have said, \u2018Absolutely not!’\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cIf you\u2019d have told me I would have done a bunch of years, leave, and come back, I would have said, \u2018Absolutely not. \u2018\u201d Can\u2019t imagine that.\u2019 And here I am. I mean, I\u2019ve been involved with this franchise for 15 years. This is my 10th season, and you know I\u2019m grateful. It\u2019s a difficult show to do. It\u2019s hard to open up your life and share everything that we all share, but it\u2019s been very net positive, and I\u2019m just very grateful for the platform, and for Bravo, and Andy [Cohen], and everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n

\tGina Kirschenheiter<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s really cool,\u201d Kirschenheiter told Deadline about being part of the 20th season of RHOC. \u201cHonestly, just being here, taking all this in has been really big. It\u2019s been really major. I never thought I would be a part of anything like this. I didn\u2019t even really understand what was going on when I first became a part of it, and to have been able to share my life with everybody for the past eight years, and to have been received and supported has been incredible for me, and it\u2019s really, it\u2019s been a gift to me to be a part of all this.\u201d<\/p>\n

\tEmily Simpson<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s so exciting to be part of Orange County,\u201d Simpson told\u00a0Deadline. \u201cI just feel very honored to be a part of Orange County. I think it\u2019s very special to be a housewife. It feels like a sorority, where only housewives kind of know what we deal with and go through.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cBut then to be a part of Orange County, to be a part of, you know, the first [Housewives franchise] it means a lot, it\u2019s very special.\u201d<\/p>\n

\tJennifer Pedranti<\/p>\n

\u201cShocking,\u201d Pedranti said about her feelings about being part of RHOC Season 20. \u201cI think every year, \u2018I bet I\u2019m not coming back,\u2019 and then every year I\u2019m like, \u2018Wow, I\u2019m back,\u2019 and to be a part of season 20 is.. I don\u2019t even know how you put it into words. It\u2019s so unbelievable.\u201d<\/p>\n

\tCarmella Garcia<\/p>\n

As a first-season housewife, Garcia said of being part of RHOC Season 20, \u201cAbsolutely surreal. I still feel like it\u2019s a pinch-me [moment]. So I\u2019m so incredibly grateful.
