Venture capitalist Chamath Palihapitiya believes Meta Platforms Inc. and its CEO Mark Zuckerberg have “completely fumbled” the artificial intelligence race, squandering a historic opportunity to become the world’s undisputed champion of open-source AI. <\/p>\n
