PETALING JAYA: Exsim Hospitality Bhd has secured a RM63.5mil contract from Cosmopolitan Avenue Sdn Bhd for design and build of interior design works.<\/p>\n
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Exsim Hospitality said it was awarded the contract through its wholly-owned subsidiary, EXSIM Concepto Sdn Bhd.<\/p>\n
The contract has a duration of five months, beginning from July 9, 2026, and is scheduled to be completed on Dec 31, 2026.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risks associated with the contract and \/ or the contract works.<\/p>\n
\u201cNevertheless, the company will take the necessary steps to mitigate the risks as and when they occur.\u201d<\/p>\n
EXSIM Concepto is principally involved in providing specialised fit-out services for hospitality property assets, general contracting business and centralised procurement business. Meanwhile, Cosmopolitan Avenue is involved in investment property and commercial property development.<\/p>\n
